Chapter One
50 Etiquette Rules and Morality Question and Answer Competition
Follow the four rules of food -
1. Eat as little as possible of salt, sugar and dairy products, potatoes, bread, rice, oil, ghee, fat, etc., eat more vegetables, fruits and live food. Take more vegetables or vegetables than rice on a small plate and eat them very slowly with a small spoon at the speed of a turtle. Maintain a distance from food. Do not touch any food with your hands without washing your hands thoroughly.
2. Close your mouth and sprinkle food, if you talk to someone or on your mobile during a meal, the saliva from your mouth spreads up to three feet in all directions; which is not visible to the naked eye. In this, one person's disease germs go to the stomach of another.
3. Divide your food into 6 to 10 portions three times a day, do not go without eating for more than two hours a day, at least you should eat water. After evening or at night, stop taking all food except water for 13 to 16 hours.
4. Eat less dead food and processed food. Do not drink water during or after meals, drink at least half an hour after meals. Do not eat even if someone forces you to eat if you are not hungry.
Defecation rule: - It is ideal to defecate three times a week to three times a day. When a person defecates less, the stool remains in their intestines for a long time. As a result, their intestinal bacteria do not get fresh food, so they switch from eating fiber and carbohydrates to eating protein. This produces harmful toxins, which can mix with the blood and damage various organs like the kidneys and heart. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber. Fiber-rich foods and drinking plenty of water help in regular bowel movements.
Bathing rule: - It takes some time for the internal temperature of the body to adapt to the temperature of the outside water. Therefore, if you first pour water on your head, the blood circulation speed immediately increases many times. As a result, the risk of stroke and rupture of the brain artery can occur. This is why strokes are usually more common in the bathroom. First, the feet should be wet. Then up to the shoulders, then the face, and finally the head. It is healthy to bathe every two or three days. At other times, a short bath can be taken by wiping the armpits and groin with a towel. Do not use soap or shower gel every day. Our skin secretes a type of oil, which keeps the skin smooth and bright. In addition, there are several types of healthy bacteria on the outer layer of the skin. Which act as an immune system and help in the production of proteins in the body. Using soap or gel also cleans the oil and good bacteria secreted by the skin. As a result, the skin loses its brightness.
Sleep rules: - Moderate sleep is necessary to keep the body and mind active along with maintaining a good mood. It is healthy to go to bed between 10 pm and 11 pm and wake up between 5 am and 7 am. Children (6-13 years): 9-11 hours; Teenagers (14-17 years): 8-10 hours; and Adults (18-65 years): 7-9 hours of sleep. The bedroom should be dark and quiet. 5. If someone takes you out to eat, choose a cheap meal. Hold the knife in your right hand and the spoon or fork in your left. If the soup is hot, stir it with a spoon instead of blowing on it. Pasta, noodles, and forks should be eaten with a spoon.
6. Cover your mouth with your hand when sneezing, coughing or yawning. Avoid touching your nose, cheeks, or mouth in front of someone. Covering your mouth with your hand while talking means you are nervous.
7. When anyone enters or leaves the house, quickly open the door or pull the handle and help them in/out. When a guest leaves, you should always go to the gate of the house and stand until he/she disappears.
8. It is foolish and rude to ask someone their village or personal identity as soon as you meet them. You should refrain from asking or discussing someone's personal matters unless they ask for it yourself. Do not share your personal and family matters and problems.
9. Greet everyone when entering a room. When introducing someone, add a small note about them. This is my brother/friend Rashed, he plays good cricket... When a person enters a room, he will first extend his hand to the person sitting and the person sitting will stand and shake hands. Shaking hands while sitting is rude.
10. In a restaurant or at home, you should throw your own food waste in the dustbin yourself. You should also consider other people's waste to be your own and throw it in the dustbin. It is rude for someone else to clean your waste and plate.

14. Never criticize others in their absence. Stay away from such conversations. If someone criticizes someone else, try to avoid it. This will make you respected by everyone.
15. Shouting, shouting, and talking loudly in public with loud laughter are signs of a poor mentality. Criticizing someone in secret, secretly harming others, such as if you go to any public place and see it broken, torn, or cut; Writing or drawing on the bathroom or any wall, throwing stones at someone's house or car, etc. are the repressed reactions of the poor mentality.
16. When talking to a stranger, first introduce yourself and start the conversation. When you go to an institution, it is customary to address all strangers as sir, ma'am. But outside the institution, everyone should be addressed as brother / sister / elder brother / younger brother / uncle / uncle-aunty, etc.
17. Making fun of teachers and elders is a barbaric act of the lower class. Avoid such disgusting people who do this behavior. You should praise the good qualities of friends, relatives and acquaintances and avoid bad qualities or criticism.
18. It is a heinous crime to be curious about what clothes a family member, relative or any other man or woman is wearing, whether they are wearing a hijab or topless, shorts or bikini, and to make bad comments. Who wears what, it is a matter of taste and preference.
19. When a guest comes to your house, first show them the washroom, then show them the other room. If you are a guest somewhere, do not start eating without waiting for the host. If you have to leave first, ask permission. Do not touch anything in someone's house without asking permission.
20. You should not find fault with someone's opinion or work. This shows his inferiority complex. So never say "You did nothing wrong." Instead, say - "Okay, you did it this way. But I think you can try in a different way. For example.. that is, give him praise and encouraging advice without finding fault.
21. Never keep your face in a pot. The main condition of beauty and leadership is: a sweet nature, a smiling face. So when you meet someone you know on the street, you should start giving a polite smile and always practice talking with a smile.
22. You should practice the habit of listening attentively to others by talking less. The more you listen, the more information you will get. You should not say anything to others that will make them get annoyed. You have to prepare what needs to be said several times in your mind before saying it.
23. Speaking beautifully is a kind of art. Look others in the eyes and speak. You should not speak in between words. When you have nothing to say, you should remain silent. You should practice speaking with sincerity and humility.
24. Do not engage in unnecessary or unnecessary arguments while speaking. If such a situation arises, you should move away from that place without escalating it. Winning an argument is not wise. The correct answer to a fool is not to answer him.
25. You cannot speak to others in a whisper or with gestures - which is not understandable to a third person. If someone has to say something privately in the presence of many people, then you should call them in a low voice or behind their back and say it. If more than one person is present, you cannot speak to just one person, you should speak to everyone more/less.
26. When creating a new relationship, do not answer his question in one line, you should say some information or facts that 'make the conversation flow'. For example: If you want to know where you live; instead of saying it in one word, say this - Mohammadpur, Eidgaon, next to the field, Geneva Camp is near us. Shia Mosque is on the other side.
27. If you want to talk more to the person in front of you, then you should repeat the part of the person in front of you like a parrot. For example - a person said - he is returning from a wedding. You say: Wedding? Person: - Yes, my maternal uncle's sister's wedding. You: - Aunt? Person: - Yes, she is studying medicine. You: - And doctor? Repeat like this and continue.
28. The rule of standing straight is: your shoulders, waist, knees, ankles should be in a straight line. And while sitting, your neck should be straight, shoulders relaxed, elbows on the chair arm, knees at right angles to the floor, feet should be planted on the floor.
29. You should show respect and tolerance towards different opinions and other religions. To work harmoniously with everyone, you should increase your ability to mix with others. The more people you mix with, the more doors of your luck will open. Opportunities are always waiting for sociable people.
30. When you go to meet someone, do not go empty-handed, even if he says you do not need anything, still take something small (at least a chocolate or a small portion of your food). Occasionally give something to your loved ones.
31. Not having a good mood is a sign of ill health. If you are not in the mood to do something important, you will not be in the mood to do it again. This is because our brain makes countless excuses for not doing it. To stop this excuse in the brain, become aware within 5 seconds. Tell yourself, yes, I will do it right away and start; otherwise, you will fall into a brain drain.
32. Do not make any comments to anyone that belittle others. Do not draw their attention to any of their incompetence or incompetence. Indirectly insulting someone is done by making offensive jokes, sarcasm, sarcasm or trolling someone.
33. We have to be authentic in all areas. Authentic means pure, pure, true, real, credible, genuine, reliable, pure, proven, and genuine. If there is a mistake in your work, accept it easily and admit it. Express your sorrow with humility if necessary.
34. If someone belittles you to show off your greatness, do not get angry. However, explain with a smile that you were hurt by their words. Try to avoid those who constantly try to insult you.
35. You may have wanted to do something good in your heart, but if you cannot express it well in words and behavior, the result will be the opposite. If you remain silent at the right time about a matter or fail to present it clearly, everything will go against you. So, give a clear explanation of what you have done or want to do, do not keep it in your mind.
36. Do not tell your friends everything that happens in your house. If you have a fight with your family members about any matter, do not tell your friends about it. In this way, everyone will know about your family quarrel. Do not belittle yourself by telling your friends about your financial situation, insecurity. But when someone tells you a secret, keep it secret at your own risk.
37. The body becomes what it is fed. Similarly, the mind becomes like the food that is given to the mind. The food of the mind is good books, wise people, good channels, etc. If you associate with pessimistic people for a few days, then you will also become a pessimistic person.
38. Do not keep quiet and pretend to know everything to show your skills to others. A person who asks questions and wants to know something remains a fool for five minutes, and a person who pretends to know and does not ask questions remains a fool for the rest of his life.
39. It is not right to try to do any work in a hurry in a short time. It is not the quantity of work, but the quality of work that is more important. Haste is the cause of danger.
40. Many foolish words also come out of the mouth during anger; which brings disaster. Exercise strict control over the tongue. If you get angry, you lose.
41. If you make a promise, you have to keep it at any cost. If you fail, you have to apologize. Once a person of character makes a promise, he keeps it for as long as he can.
42. If you are not dressed neatly and neatly, then you will be underestimated in many areas, which will not help in your performance.
43. It is polite to greet someone when you have gone somewhere for some reason. Asking permission to sit, briefly stating your needs, answering questions correctly, etc. are part of politeness and civilized behavior.
44. Competition cannot be turned into revenge to prove your superiority in a competition. If you wrong someone, become hostile or forcefully snatch a seat, then you are not a snatching competitor.
45. The habit of doing your own work is self-reliance. If you are too dependent on others, the real joy of the relationship is lost. Because what is dependent on you is an additional responsibility for the other person. Handling that responsibility becomes a burden for him.
46. Whenever you feel sleepy while studying, take a break. Drink enough water. Move around for a while and wash your face. Give your eyes a rest by moving away from your mobile or computer screen every 20 minutes.
47. There is a lot of sugar in cans of Coke or energy drinks. Which increases the glucose level in the body. The 'taurine' in energy drinks and soft drinks acts as an 'acid load'. This increases the acidity level of the stomach.
48. If the call does not pick up after the second ring, then hang up. If you call someone you do not know, then tell your full name/identity first.
49. You should be more attentive to the people around you every day. You should not be distracted by anything while being in their presence.
50. The more luxurious you live, the more lifestyle diseases will appear.
Practice and practice living a natural and simple life.

This device can create replicas of works of art, starting from kidneys, guns, cars, artificial limbs, and works of art.
What is the Internet of Things?
Which in Bengali means the connection of the Internet with different things. When all the objects around us communicate with each other through the Internet and build a network, that will be the Internet of Things. We have already heard about Google Home, Amazon's Alexa, which controls many things in your home, including lights, sound system, doors, etc. Through this technology, you will teach your home oven what you like to eat. Suppose you love khichuri on a rainy day, your oven will remember that and if it rains outside, it will cook khichuri for you that day. You eat eggs and bread in the morning, it will do that every day or you can ask it to cook a different recipe every day of the week, it will do that. When you leave the door of the house, you don't have to lock the door, it will not open when you know you are not at home, and when you come and stand in front of the door, it will recognize you by looking at your eyes, hands, feet, and body and open it by itself. Your glasses or headphones will show you the way and give you all the information.
What is a semiconductor or silicon chip?

Today, the main power of any sophisticated device, from mobile phones, microwave ovens, to electric cars, is semiconductor chips. Today's artificial intelligence requires a type of chip called GPU. We have never created anything more complex than this microchip in the history of mankind. To create the most advanced technology chip, a complex machine called EUV lithography is required. This machine is so complex that its laser system contains 457,329 separate parts. Scientists from many countries had to research for about 30 years to create it. To create EUV light from the laser of this machine, a type of plasma is required. The temperature of this plasma reaches about five hundred thousand degrees Celsius! This terrible heat produces transient EUV light. Such a machine cannot be created just by wanting to. So far, only one company in the world has been able to create this device.
What is a quantum computer?
Scientists say that if a normal computer today is compared to a bullock cart, then a quantum computer can be compared to a high-speed bullet train or rocket. Using quantum algorithms, some problems can be solved in a very short time, which may take a classical computer two to four billion years to do! These include the simulation of chemical reactions and the analysis of elementary products. If the first can be done, there will be a serious breakthrough in the research on drugs and diseases, and if the second can be done, the security of any server or computer can be broken very easily.
If artificial intelligence is added to a quantum computer, the situation will be even more terrible. Then the most powerful surveillance system in the world will be created. AI will recognize all of our faces, know our habits, analyze our conversations. Quantum computers will read all of our messages, emails, accounts - everything. As a result, there will be nothing secret in the world.
Governments in the United States, China, Russia, and Britain are investing heavily in building such super-fast computers. Several companies, including Google, have also built prototypes. In 2019, Google announced the success of its quantum computer. They showed that they had solved a problem that would take the world's best supercomputer about 10,000 years to solve in just 3 minutes and 20 seconds using their quantum computer. No usable quantum computer has been built yet, but artificial intelligence has already proven itself to be quite effective. If these two technologies ever meet, the future of humanity will rest on a thread of nanometer radius.
